Order Confirmation

Once we received an order from our website, we will contact customer to confirm the details of the order, payment method and delivery arrangement.

 

Payment Methods

We accept Cash Transfer & Credit Card for payment. The single order amount must be equal or greater than HK$200.

The upper limit of purchase on this website is HK$10,000 per transaction if you pay with a credit card.

 

Terms of Delivery

  1. Delivery service is free when you spend HK$280 or more per order. If you spend HK$150 or more on frozen products, Cooler Bag would be given as free gift.
  2. For orders below HK$280, delivery fee of HK$50 shall apply.
  3. Delivery service is currently available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories and NOT available for the Outlying Islands; including Cheung Chau, Lantau Island.
  4. Delivery service is not applicable to areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles.

 

Conditions

  1. Order will be dispatched as soon as possible. The earliest delivery time would be the next working day, or within the period agreed with customer.
  2. Delivery service will be suspended when the typhoon signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
  3. If delivery is delayed, postponed or cancelled due to traffic, weather, different district or other factors, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or cancellation is within the control of the Company or not.
  4. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and S.Khonkaen(HK)Co., Ltd. reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested is unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfill any of the products or services in your order, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery.

Goods Replacement

  1. Goods replacement is not applicable to frozen products, Customer need to check upon receipt of frozen product.
  2. Should there be any discrepancy or damaged goods upon receipt of your ordered goods, please notify us by phone or email within 3 days.
  3. No door-to-door goods replacement service is available.
  4. Goods can be replaced once only.
  5. Goods should be replaced in good condition and with their original packaging. We will only replace the same goods for customer after replacement confirmation.
  6. If any dispute arises, the Company's determination shall be final.
  7. No refunds will be made.

 

Remarks

  1. Prices shown on our websitemay vary from those found in other channels.
  2. The prices charged are those applicable on the day you order. We reserve the right to revise the prices. Notification will be provided if there is any amendment in the order.
  3. The delivery service is only available in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New TerritoriesandNOT available for the Outlying Islands; including Cheung Chau, Lantau Island.
